rwood 0 Posted September 21, 2006 Share Posted September 21, 2006 Background: i signed up for betwwts.com's promo for monday night madness bet last week. i got my girlfriend to sign up also. we do not live together. but signed up from the same IP address. after haggling them about my money and my girlfriends money, they only will credit us with 1 bet refund because we signed up from the same ip address, even though we have documentation that shows our seperate addresses. also they are requiring me to send in a copy of 2 id's before i am allowed to cash out. what pisses me off the most about this is that i asked support when i was signing up my account if my girlfriend could sign up also and they assured me that she would be eligible for the bet/promo/refund also. fuuck betwwts.comif anyone uses them on this site, withdraw your money, they are shady and dont deserve any of our business, and i have animosity towards them and want them to lose profits. damn them all to hell. I filed a complaint with the gaming commission that licenses them. I suggest you do the same. Also, I was told I would be requested to send in ID also when I try to cashout. I cashed out and it said it would take 48 hours to process or whatever, but it still shows $100 in my account, is this how their cashout works, it remains in your account till it's gone?Crazy, I asked them specifically the IP question and if we could both do the promo and they said yes and acknowledged it when I complained, but said even though they lied to me it's still against their policy and they can't honor it. I deposited money on Sunday, while the Monday Madness promo banner was up and still being offered on the site, only to find that the promo had been closed. Not a big deal really, until I tried to cash out. I received an email stating that it is a law where they are based that 75% of the deposit must be wagered before anything can be cashed out. I was quite irritated by this, and their incompetent support person online, so I called and asked for the accounting supervisor. She apologized for the fact that the promo had been closed, and asked me to send in a copy of my ID along with my screen name. However, in my dealings with them they have been nothing but a pain in the ***. They change rules in mid-stream in all of their promos. They love to sucker and scam the customer. I lost over 60 dimes a couple of years ago with them in a three motnh period.
