I pulled one of my famous "screw its" and hid out for a while in a non-disclosed area of vegas. Ah hell it was a hangar in NLV like everybody and their palm tree didnt know it. Finished a custom bronco project that kicked my ass from here to Belize...oddly, the same place a guy is still waiting for me to appear from the mens room....(shakes head).... yeah, I was there and its still odd to me After I reappeared, a full blown month long gambling/drinking/getintofightswithtouriststhenbeforethecopsrollinwe'rebestfriends fiasco, I toured the west coast from Tijuana to pert-near the wine country....aka the golden suicide bridge. Spent a week bouncing around that place.... ending at what the kids called a "rage" where I was later told I...well, thats between me and the authorities. Lets just say I wont be returning anytime soon. Im shocked by two things.... I left without a criminal record and arrived without a passport. nuff said So back to v-town. A few days of dozing in the office and I got the urge to go "railin" on the atv I built to run on rail tracks. Got dropped off on the outskirts of winslow, az with a metric shitton of beer and some other necessities and trekked all the way to kingman. Arrived at a hole in the wall named hackberry with no beer and on fumes. Had to call for help and wait for additional funds to arrive to pay for a half dozen cars plus the additional beer and gas to make it to kingman. Lemme tell ya.... hackberry is like the greatest restorable auto graveyard on earth. Or at least it used to be. Tow trucks are still parting paths through the real junk to get to my treasured junk.... Back to base. A few more down days and a thought jars me awake in the middle of the day. Hey.... I keep getting pestered for first gen camaros. Want/likem meself. Whythehell not just make the damn things from scratch and be done with it? Two hours later I have a late nineties version from scamlist sitting in the warehouse. By dark its cut down via plasma torch to the floorpan, dash, suspension, wheels/tires, and change from under the seat. Couple days later and a truckloadda sheet metal surfaces. Yep, soon thereafter sat a beeeeuteful primo first gen. All it took was several laser transits, plumb bobs, chassis jigs, a scientific calculator, and a voodo doll in the likeness of the wife to get it together. The thirty cubic yard of empty beer bottles was a given, no? So youre sayin to yerself right about now...."Jesus H I thought we were rid of this fool!".... huh?..... (play along here please)...... I mean..... "Well Beans, isnt that just a little too much work?" Pshaw..... I didnt get my bad reputation for taking on just one fool catastrophe at a time, ya know.... nope.... had another idea-da-grandeur along beside it. First gen broncos are mighty scarce. Aftermarket sheet metal also cover each and every piece necessary to build one less the all-important VIN number ya see. Screw it.... repeat the above all over with a Ford product and hang that crap out to dry.... Two things are about to be trending in the valley. Both makes/models will suffer from a severe depreciating value. Market flooding as the experts call it. My personal favorite will be the number of local/state/hwy cops calling in the tags of an obviously vintage ride and getting the results of a much later model. Three words fer em.... body kit baby. So what if the only original items from the donor are the vin tag and the title? hank213 1,823 Posted August 2, 2014 Share Posted August 2, 2014 i have forgotten the downside to infrequent sex for me. once i hit like a one year mark, i don't miss it so much. but the first 6 months after having it then not having is awful. it reminds of quitting smoking...the first few months are full of triggers and cravings. but at least for that i had an ecig to help smooth over the rough patches...where's my goddamn japanese sex robot! Serious question. The problem they are having with getting a woman to touch them is that, first, they have to be somewhere where there ARE women. Then they have to get within reach of said women. It's all about confidence, or lack thereof. The oldest just got promoted to assistant manager at her job. Nice little bump in pay, more hours and month bonus. On a (un)related(?) note, she aked me to take her to IKEA today. Never been and I'm not doing anything else so I guess that's the big plan for the day. Bought a couple new porn movies the other day and a new toy for the wife that seemed to really do the trick the day they arrived, so hopefully I'll get to revisit that tonight Link to post Share on other sites
