MisterB 2
The structure is pretty standard, except the starting stacks are somewhat low, and 20 minute levels aren't the greatest...Thats for the qualifying round.Basicially you play a 10man stSnG where the top 3 make it to the final round with 5k in chips and 50 minute levels. So its a way to reduce a 1200 max field to 360 who start even in chips. Oh yeah did i mention if it maxs out 1st place is 175k? Not bad for a $600 buyin

MisterB 2
Even if it's 60% of your "playing" br and want to really just go for it one time?Win and "...its all over baby"I really really think this is an awesome idea/structure. And just needed e-validation. All I have to do is make it to the finals baby and IMO it was worth the shot. If you can make it to the finals youre starting level against less than 25% of the field. $600 buy in turns into a $2400 buy-in with 360 players going at it.2nd is 89600. Quite the desparity isnt it. (Howie Mandel) "Deal.................or No Deal? Right after this quick commercial break"wow, that'sa crazy *** payout structure...175 to 89...big difference there.as far as it being a large chunk of your br...well, I ususally just would shrug and play, but I'm agambler by nature and I feel like my tourney play is superior tomost people in a field like that. So, if I lived in CT, I'd do it, but then again, I'm an idiot.

Maybe too big of one, but you know what. I cant think of a better spot to put my money in. Ive been unlucky my whole life, I think its time I used all that saved luck for this. And yes, I too am an idiot
CardWarfare 4
Even if it's 60% of your "playing" br and want to really just go for it one time?Sounds like you're going to do it regardless, as long as you consider yourself at least a decent tournament player, I don't see the harm in it. I suck at tournaments, so it wouldn't be a move I'd make, but then again, I would have no problem sticking 60% of my roll into a bigger limit game if I saw the game was good, so I guess it's similar. MisterB 2
I'm stepping foot in a casino for the first time on Saturday, and hopefully won't be tempted by the pit. I'm honestly so excited to get in a live LHE game that I doubt I'll be tempted to do much else.Roulette has been my vice for oh so long. The problem is the very first time I stepped foot in a casino I walked in with $100 to play 2/4lhe. Had $50 left after 4 hours. Saw a "couple" spins. 3 hours after that I had $1250 in my hands and was walking out a changed man.The problem roulette has cost me cost me cost me, but every once in a while Ill go on that sick run where I cant miss and it brings me back. And oh yeah, I play numbers only.\If its your first time in a casino, thats when youre supposed to be the luckiest. My bet, try everything and have fun. Craps is meh, roulette BJ slots are cool. Stay away from 3 card poker, let it ride, and texas holdem (pit version) IMO
