Stair climbing is a great workout. I always take the stairs when I can, I also don't care for elevators. I watched 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple last night. It was very gory (as was the others), but just a well done, great horror movie that will probably be the best movie I see released in 2026.

I thought it was a pretty solid film, Blunt and Bono's kid were good. There is a theme that won't be fully embraced, but the final scenes are great. My complaint on any movie made now is the run-time, but I'm over it at this point.

I randomly saw it on Tubi and decided to watch it, true story. It is so stinking humid, I haven't ventured outside in the evening. Slapshot is on Netflix, I'll watch that tonight, have you seen it? You'd like it. Gladiator 2 was ok, not as good as the first but I didn't think it was terrible, maybe I will give it another watch.
