Stupidhead 2
KJ video.AQo at the beginning on table 2: You can def squeeze for value but flatting is fine as well. On the flop I rly prefer donking since it allows us to take control of the pot, get value from the fish, and not get into dumb spots against the reg.00:50- KTo: Plzzzz at least complete that. Folding is not even nitty. It's rly rly bad. Especially with 2 fish in the pot.3:06- 64s: I'd complete there but folding isn't bad. It's about the bottom of my range I'd complete with a limper in the pot.4:20- JJ: Same as the AQ. There's merits to flatting and squeezing and I'm fine with either. I do wanna make a note that with hands like 99-JJ and AQ I tend to flat more than I squeeze when a fish is in the pot. Then I just play the make hands/get paid game and donk any pot where I flop decent. The disadvantage with flatting is that you miss value and you can't rly do anything unless you flop decent. On the other hand the disadvantage with squeezing is that a lot of flops aren't gonna be great for us and then we have to play a 3bet pot OOP against 1 or 2 players. And for me, since squeezing is gonna lead to a lot dumber spots and probably make me spew more, that's why I prefer flatting. My squeezing range in these spots would be AA-QQ, AK, and then hands like AJ/AT/KT that have decent value against the fishes range if he flats, but doesn't play well multiway.6:40- AKs: I like the flat. I like the donk. Turn bet is good. wp KTo: Against a fish I think he's gonna be stationing so many worse T's. I'd bet around half pot.12:40- A4s: Given you're 130 deep against a fish in position I'd be calling and seeing a flop.14:20: AJs: Given how aggro the fish has been I think even OOP we can take a flop since we'll often be dominating and our hand plays pretty well post flop. But folding isn't bad either. Especially if you don't know which flops you should go with.18:20- QQ: Very few guys I'd wouldn't 4bet but that's def someone to put on the brakes against. wp22:00- AK: C/f is pretty standard 4 way.23:40- A2: It's thin but I think we can value bet $2-$2.50 since we're almost never beat. Nashtak 0
I went to the casino last night to play some 200NL live. There is one hand in particuliar i kick myself for.So we are 6-handed, the game is NLHE 200. I get Queens in the SB. We get 2 limps then a raise to 10 from Villain in CO. BTN folds. Obviously my hand is good enough to 3-bet, and i probably don't want to see this flop 4-handed (if i called, you can expect the limpers to call too). So i raise to 30. BB, UTG and MP fold. Villain 4-bets to $100..The pot is now $136 and it's $70 to call. I had around $430 at the beginning of the hand, after winning a handful of mid-to-large sized pot (i bought-in for $200 at another table, we then got switched to this one; i had $255 when we switched). Villain, after raising to $100, still had $196 in front of him. What do i do?As far as read goes.. I guess you could say villain had the composure of a LAG but he didn't play as such until this hand. He must have been there for a good dozen of hands at least.About a minute after his raise, as i was still trying to figure this out, he goes on a small rant about how i should just do it and such an amount of money is ridiculous to him (he can make $200 in 20 minutes, yo).
