Are you tying poker and life together
from my perspective poker and life are never independent. i shop at the grocery store for the breakfast cereal that will help me to best concentrate at the poker table. take that how you will.

why not?there is always an optimal play, no?
i was using (or at least trying to) optimal in the game theory sense of the word. so yes, there is always an optimal play. but nobody game play a perfect game theory optimal game.

most everything anyone ever needs to know is already out there. if you haven't sought for it by now a well on my part isn't going to change that. but if i did have a well it would look like:1) every time you drink a glass of tap water think of the imagination it took to get that glass of water there.2) there's no such thing as failure and there's never anything to fear.

so what's your pick? what have you ruled out? have you done any comparison of name brand vs store brand? I personally find hyvee brand cereal to be awesome in general.

so far the best i can find is this kashi. it has 12 grams of fiber so that's pretty good, and my soy milk has a good amount of protein.

as a player gets a better and better understanding of game and gambling theory as well as work ethic that he/she develops through poker, they are more able to see the "larger plays" which are deviations from the actual play of poker.cliff's notes: to be the best poker player i can be i can't be the best poker player i can be.sidenote: cardcore has been very patient with me as i struggle with this. i appreciate his time that i've wasted as i attempt to deal with this.
Thinking deeper about the game of poker can only help your understanding. I constantly try to evolve and question my game. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein :D:ts:4h:D:club:

I don't always eat breakfast, but I like to go with an onion or wheat bagel with a little cream cheese as well as some yogurt (usually peach or strawberry) with some cut up fresh fruit in it (bananas, grapes, or strawberries most often.) For a drink I usually go with either Simply Apple or Simply Orange juice. This gives me a nice mix of fiber and both simple and complex carbohydrates.

How much of this do you consume? I can get it by the case for you at a 20% discount. But that's after the Whole Foods markup...
