Quarter bounce. Have a bunch of cool grunge bars with live bands. Cocktail waitresses could be cheerleaders. Design and promote the Sports book to make it THE place to be for College game bookmaking - maybe have "tailgate" parties in the sportsbook on game days. I am a n00b. We didn't win, but we drank a lot of beer for free (the college boys paid for the pitchers), so I'm pretty sure we win. I'm not sure if there are pictures of this event.
