This guy is pretty ridic, but isnt he the one that screwed a guy on p5s on a team tourney bet? Anyways, he must have close to 2 mill in tourney cashes, is this the most?
Yes. I think I recall him saying he's never playing on stars again, on account of it being so rigged against him. The conversation was hilarious, but I'm too lazy to search it. Good at poker, socially, and probably mentally retarded.

he tilted his chips away and no HH?? cmon guys, this is a poker forum.
late he lost a huge pot on a A xxxx board with 3 diamonds to Ad 6d and then shoved on button well over 10x with T4 and bb called with A 3 is a brief summary. Thats very close if not it, I was gettin very tired. Not so sure it was all tilting he makes similiar plays quite often abusing being so late in a tourney and knowing play should be tighter. www.realpokertraining.com he has a couple vids up explains what may seem silly to some. This is just my opinion hard tellin how high he could have been. Guy knows what he is doin though.

That's just fckn stupid. I don't care how he got to 2 mil in chips, but if he plays like that when he's got a big stack, maybe he's not as good as he or everyone else thinks.Welcome to the real world, where people don't run hot when you play marginal holdings...

i have a hard time believing this is what makes him good. If he had huge week ok... huge month ok..... guy for last year and a half on multiple sites has been making multiple final tables weekly/daily even. I think skill will have something to do with it as well. I understand he hits his fair share of 2, 3, and 4 outers, but its just cause he is super aggressive. He definitely makes questionable plays sometimes (that maybe being a understatement) but knows what he is doing apparently. I just think people give him to little of credit because of how aggressive he is. This in no way is aimed towards mercury in anyway, i think everyone is entitled to their opinion. So this not about right or wrong just going by his interviews, statements, and talking to a mutual friend chad doesnt do anything text book. I do think he is as good as his stats show. He just has a different style of play. As long as he is making money i think however he does it is fine.

So, before I knew who this kid was, I was playing 10/20NL at Bellagio last year (2006) during the WSOP and this skinny little white kid with a grill and a huge LeBron jersey sat down and me and one of my buddies started mocking him a lot. Like, it was way out of character for me, but I couldn't help asking him things like "which of his teammates were gonna step up this year" and "if he's got 90 million, what's he doing buying in for $5k at 10/20" and "OH SHIT, I JUST BLUFFED LEBRON JAMES!". I really was being an ass, but I couldn't really help myself. He didn't stay long.Like 5 months later I learned that he was actually a semi-professional player, even though he was NOT good at NL cash games from what I saw. That's all.

Daniel Mahan, it's cool, dude:-)Anway, does anyone, even the LAGs like BeLoWaBoVe, think calling off 20% of your chips with 44 is a good idea? It's justified, perhaps, when you are shoving first or calling off only 10%, but to hope your 4's hold up against someone who reraised your initial raise, I'd have to say you made a stupid play. Let your initial raise slide over to the shover and wait for a better opportunity. 2 mil in chips does not make you buller-proof. And that's only one shining example.
