Playing in a big $3 on pokerstars, (not the re-buy) and i get moved to a new table and immediately get dealt AcKc. I raise 4x the BB, only to get reraised the minimum... w/ 2 callers. I figured that they haven't seen me play so lets see if i can just push em out... so i go all in. I think this could be one of the hardest plays in poker.AK, being the 3rd best starting hand, is definitely something you would like to raise w/ preflop to knock out the other possible drawing hands and small pairs.But what happens when you Raise w/ AK in the sb, and get more than 1 caller, and completely miss the flop? Ok, here's the background:Playing microlimit to increase my BR, playing .05/.10 NLHEOther two players involved have around $4-6 in chips, i have about $14.calls around to me and i have 22. i raise to .30 and SB and MP calls.Flop comes 10 6 2, all spades. SB leads out with a .60 bet, MP raises to 1.20.. My only fear here is that someone flopped a flush, and i'm drawing to a full boat.I call the 1.20 bet, and then the original raiser goes all in for the rest of his roll, about $3.60MP goes all in for a total of about $6So it's $6 to me... and my 3 deuces aren't looking too hot anymore...Would yo

Couple of clarifications:Raise was to $2 or 4x the BBTheir stacks were pretty deep, when the guy doubled through me, i was left with something like 15... so he had about 30.I don't question my play at all.. i believe i played the hand perfectly, obviously getting extremely lucky on the flop.Anyone disagree?

granted, i needed to get lucky being in that hand.. but to say i didn't "belong" in that hand is absurd. Standard raises, and some people like to play suited connectors in position, hell, even out of position. Great way to make a lot of chips/money if you get lucky. No one expects those low cards to be played with a raise in front.And i don't see how you can't consider that to be a bad beat. :x

Best I've folded preflop is QQ...Cash game, .50/1.00 blinds, about $50 sitting in front of me, from all the betting i knew one of em had at least KK, AK, AA.... turns out they both had AA. ONLY ON POKERSTARS.Funny thing is, i woulda spiked a Q on the Flizzop.poo
