I've heard a lot of talk about a vauge term known as the 'next generation of poker players'. Mainly I hear this on poker TV shows, mentioned by terrible commentators. I believe that they are reffering to internet pros and players like david williams, dutch boyd and the crew.My question is, do these players actually have anything in common?What are the defining characteristicts of 'THE NEXT GENERATION' vs. everyone else?

You definitely got put in a bad situation here and I commend your attitude of staying aggressivve playing for the win (or at least a decent payout). But if you busted out 43rd, I think you should've waited until few others got out. I feel like college was the PERFECT time to learn poker. When else do you have that kind of free time??!! I went to Penn in philly and I was playing internet poker a ton until I turned 21 and then I was going to Atlantic City all the time....it was censored such a good time all the time. Gambling, boozing and other....with some studies mixed in. Really during college you should have time to both keep up your studies and play tremendous amounts of poker. If you cant do both you are probably at a school where the work is too challenging for you.Nice. I like the drive by argument!
