I cannot write or even suggest this bill be passed...it needs more work or the corruption will grow to the point on the next legislation will be to ban all forms of online gambling. I would rather see one Bill done correctly than rush through a Bill that will one day be overturned.

I really want Internet poker back but that {Bill} in its current from does not address the real issues.1. Who oversees the server software2. Server location3. Dispute resolution4. Stricter controls on cheating5. Ownership, licensing.

We use to have a player at our home game years ago that did the same jumping up and down and whined when he lost.... we stopped inviting him when he asked why he was being excluded we said... you're a poor looser and poorer winner.

My personal opinion of Hellmuth poker abilities "very average" Outside of poker he is a decent person. Hellmuth created what he considered a bad boy image that turned into a cry baby image (if there wasn't luck involved I would win every hand). Hellmuth thinks just because he bets... He believes everyone should fold and run for cover. Herman if you idolize Hellmuth or buy his junk thats cool however please don't try and rationalize what a great player Hellmuth is... he is just very average. BTW: Hellmuth's video's, book's are not even worth upping to a torrent site.

Since you know Hellmuth so well maybe you could sit with him and help him adjust his game!! As my post states "many people in the poker world think/believe Hellmuth is a very average player". That does not have to include me or anyone else on this board, those are the words from people who play with him everyday.

Last night I was walking through Balley's I heard someone say "Shaq" how you doing? I looked around to see if the big man was around when I saw this group of people walk up to me with their cameras flashing, smiles on their faces wanting to shake hands. I turned around thinking Shaq was behind me when one of the camera flashing people asked if they could get a picture with me.
