kendall2005 0
Perhaps someone should remind him Roy McAvoy didnt win the US open he only made the shot of the tournament when he put 4 in a row in the drink. On a more serious note someone tackle Daniel and take his money away from him. Just becuase its unlimited rebuys doesnt mean spending 48,000 for a 1,000 dollar tournament. Yes I know he would buy a bracelet in a heartbeat, but lady luck is telling him to take a hike at the moment. I honestly would NEVER have to work again in my life if i had just even the 48,000 that daniel has spen so far.

kendall2005 0
No i wouldnt be living in a trailer. I would be playing the mini poker tournaments around here. The President Casino has a good small buy in tournament which I was grinding out 1500 bucks a week in till my kid was born. It is a 60 dollar buy-in winner take all 10 person Sit-N-Go. Winner gets $500. I made about 26k last year grinding those and some other home game tournaments out.
GrinderMJ 0
Lol, you are living in a fantasy world bro. Admit it you are 16 or 17. You have to be if you think you would never have to work again with 50k.

How this thread went from commenting on Daniel's obviously sub par play this year to my life story ill never know. BTW living in the midwest is CHEAP. I pay 350 bucks for a 3 bedroom house that most of you would prolly pay 1200-1500 for.

kendall2005 0
Never said i didnt make that now. Although im not a pro, i do play a LOT of poker. But with the birth of my first son i stopped relying on poker to pay the bills cause i knew it wasnt a GAURANTEED income. Parenting is something i take very seriously, and its quite apparent that the parents of the grinder didnt.

kendall2005 0
The 48k would allow me to move up in the amount of buy-in per tournament therefore winning more money and not neediing a job.

kendall2005 0
uh huh i never said it would make all of my dreams come true i know that 50k doesnt buy jack **** anymore. What i was saying is the 48k would be a better bankroll to work with. Most likely it would mean an end to my "working" career cause i would be focusing more on poker. SexyBlondeGuy 0
I used to make 1600 dollars A WEEK playing 60 dollar sit'n'go's. Now that my first baby is born i have given up on this, because even though my costs to live, and probably eat too, are very low, i have to be more mature and responsible. this means giving up on easy money and start working for a guaranteed 400 bucks a week. i didn't consider that with low cost to live and my moneymaking capapility exceeding 1600 a week i hadn't built enough of a bankroll to suppport myself playing poker for a living, or at least try it out for a short period of time...
