InternetExplorer 2,609 Posted October 24, 2012 Share Posted October 24, 2012 her position is not as terrible as it sounds. we suck at being friends and she for a variety of reasons doesn't want to be dating long distance right now. my argument is of course that distance means literally nothing at our age and in these circumstances. she got pretty upset and didn't want to talk about it, or to me for a while. like, I'm not going to spend x months being the nice guy in the hopes that she'll come around. we know how that story always ends. it just sucks so bad right now. I imagine I'll get an IM from her some number of weeks or months down the line, and I wonder whether I'll be the bitter bitch or the spineless fag. it's gonna be one of the two, no doubt. depends how long this shitty feeling lasts.
