johnbeans 0
I was just kinda curious if anybody has ever heard of somebody getting carps from a long life of chip shuffling. I'm constantly shuffling chips, even when I play online. I just love the feel of it. I know I'm a degenerate, and probably wouldn't stop even if I heard it did cause carpel tunnel (sp?). But I'm curious anyways.

Fanatikk 0
hmm if you can get it from shuffling chips, I wonder if you can get it from... on second thought nevermind, I'm down to once a day on that anyway.
DDiabolical 0
It's a possibility, but unless your wrist routinely aches or you get a slight burning sensation, numbness or tingling, you don't have to spend your time worrying about it. If you do get these things, then you need to give it a rest!

mclark340 0
In an attempt to bring the conversation back on track:I believe the answer is yes. I know that my wrist will cramp up and hurt if I play too long (and have the bad habit of shuffling chips to pass time and calm my nerves).I guess I need to focus my energy elsewhere. Ron_Mexico 4,219
And leave it to RM to move us back off track...is this really earth shattering information?Do we have a hand specialist on the forum that will give empirical evidence proving that shuffling chips will cause cancer of the ring finger? No.So, why not type "jerkin the gerkin"
Timdog1010 0
And leave it to RM to move us back off track...Such an inane topic for a thread......and you're annoyed that Ronnie boy made a joke to spice things up a little?Yes, let's please get back to you rambling on about your wrist pain.
