Was it nice?no, not really 'nice'...but acceptable..new tile in the kitchen..new stuff in the bathroom, but a very old house..uneven hardwood floors, that kind of thing...options are limited in a small town, though.walking distance to everything, though..main street, grocery store, pharmacy, work, liquor store, giant backyard no one ever uses the kids will love..even just a short walk down to the water and the playground/ball diamonds... Hardwood floors can be covered with area rugs. My floors were totally sanded and redone right before I moved in, but I still put down the area rugs so I don't scratch them.As long as you can make it nice and comfortable.. that is all you need Do you think you will take it or will you keep looking?
