My point is that I often hear from various sources (credible or not) that this years draft is weak, whatever the year is. (I mostly hear it from baseball and hockey as those are the drafts I follow) I wish I can remember what the source or sources of my recollection. In retrospect, a draft class is often different than originally thought so I usually don't buy into it much Link to post Share on other sites

I dont think I agree with you. I really like Theodore, and have read good things on Tuch 2. I'm not sure thats a fair comparison anyway. Meaning, Im not sure Dumba would have been made available if they didnt have deal in place. Maybe Zucker? Same thing for Manson. Emelin over anyone (I'd have taken Davidson). Nate Schmidt was a good pick. They've got a handful of pretty decent players overall. Could be even better if Gusev comes over and shipachyev pans out.
