Honestly, it'll get sad if this is what it is and he gets worse as the disorder continues to intensify. But this doesn't look like a result of drug use - he knows where he is and what's going on, he just doesn't careEdit - I hate, hate, hate agreeing with TV quacks. Especially "Dr. Drew." Busey comes off goofy, Sheen comes of angry. Sheen is still relevant though which is why this is kind of shocking, Busey thinks he is relevant but all he can get is reality show gigs that are meant to make fun of him.
