This type of hand will put you in tons of tough spots like this because you are OOP with a fairly weak hand and deep stacks. I really don't think that there are any table conditions early in a tourney like this where raising this pf is a profitable play.OP, it might seem like condescending advice, in that it's so simple, but you must learn to walk before you can run. I don't care how much of an edge you have postflop over the rest of the table, KTs is going to have a very thin margin of profitability if any at all from EP, and you're just better off folding.
