Errr, fold. The only thing you beat really is a flush draw or maaaybe QTs. If it isnt a semi-bluff it is KQ at worse, most likely KJ here
great minds..... lol hahahah

How's he been playing? In every pot, super tight... somewhere in between? This affects my decision.
not to many particular reads, other than the table was playing tight....lot of raise, steal blinds, next hand raise blinds fold.next hands raise blind folds etc.etc mustve got caughtPokerStars Game #26043728325: Tournament #147626624, $3.00+$0.30 Hold'em No Limit - Level X (100/200) - 2009/03/16 21:45:56 ETTable '147626624 91' 9-max Seat #7 is the buttonSeat 1: antidepri (8212 in chips) Seat 2: FATCOUNT (7655 in chips) Seat 3: marsalf (7585 in chips) Seat 4: Chgo Twn (9645 in chips) Seat 5: Ipress (12715 in chips) Seat 6: Ghostflush (9885 in chips) Seat 7: GPDAYX4 (12328 in chips) Seat 8: vee41dmb (10518 in chips) is sitting outSeat 9: 0bone20 (10095 in chips) antidepri: posts the ante 25FATCOUNT: posts the ante 25marsalf: posts the ante 25Chgo Twn: posts the ante 25Ipress: posts the ante 25Ghostflush: posts the ante 25GPDAYX4: posts the ante 25vee41dmb: posts the ante 250bone20: posts the ante 25vee41dmb: posts small blind 1000bone20: posts big blind 200*** HOLE CARDS ***Dealt to FATCOUNT [Kh Th]antidepri: folds FATCOUNT: raises 400 to 600marsalf: folds Chgo Twn: folds Ipress: folds Ghostflush: calls 600GPDAYX4: folds vee41dmb: folds 0bone20: folds *** FLOP *** [Kc Js 4s]FATCOUNT: bets 1000Ghostflush: raises 1600 to 2600vee41dmb has returnedFATCOUNT: folds Uncalled bet (1600) returned to GhostflushGhostflush collected 3725 from potGhostflush: doesn't show hand *** SUMMARY ***Total pot 3725 | Rake 0 Board [Kc Js 4s]Seat 1: antidepri folded before Flop (didn't bet)Seat 2: FATCOUNT folded on the FlopSeat 3: marsalf folded before Flop (didn't bet)Seat 4: Chgo Twn folded before Flop (didn't bet)Seat 5: Ipress folded before Flop (didn't bet)Seat 6: Ghostflush collected (3725)Seat 7: GPDAYX4 (button) folded before Flop (didn't bet)Seat 8: vee41dmb (small blind) folded before FlopSeat 9: 0bone20 (big blind) folded before Flopobv for my tourny life ajshjdhdfdfkfl; FML!!!PokerStars Game #26045110280: Tournament #147626624, $3.00+$0.30 Hold'em No Limit - Level XV (250/500) - 2009/03/16 22:33:34 ETTable '147626624 75' 9-max Seat #4 is the buttonSeat 1: basque25 (48680 in chips) Seat 2: Xmachine888 (17485 in chips) Seat 3: AA27AA64 (13240 in chips) Seat 4: coolco94 (45904 in chips) Seat 5: waygrater1 (51674 in chips) Seat 6: calnallcards (17070 in chips) Seat 7: DIRTONSHIRT (71124 in chips) Seat 8: FATCOUNT (18987 in chips) Seat 9: PhilsPhan014 (12330 in chips) basque25: posts the ante 60Xmachine888: posts the ante 60AA27AA64: posts the ante 60coolco94: posts the ante 60waygrater1: posts the ante 60calnallcards: posts the ante 60DIRTONSHIRT: posts the ante 60FATCOUNT: posts the ante 60PhilsPhan014: posts the ante 60waygrater1: posts small blind 250calnallcards: posts big blind 500*** HOLE CARDS ***Dealt to FATCOUNT [Ah Ad]DIRTONSHIRT: calls 500FATCOUNT: raises 1500 to 2000PhilsPhan014 has timed outPhilsPhan014: folds PhilsPhan014 is sitting outbasque25: folds Xmachine888: folds AA27AA64: folds coolco94: calls 2000waygrater1: folds calnallcards: folds DIRTONSHIRT: calls 1500*** FLOP *** [8c 4c 8s]DIRTONSHIRT: bets 2000FATCOUNT: raises 4000 to 6000coolco94: calls 6000DIRTONSHIRT: calls 4000*** TURN *** [8c 4c 8s] [Qs]PhilsPhan014 has returnedDIRTONSHIRT: bets 10500FATCOUNT: raises 427 to 10927 and is all-incoolco94: folds DIRTONSHIRT: calls 427*** RIVER *** [8c 4c 8s Qs] [2c]*** SHOW DOWN ***DIRTONSHIRT: shows [9c Qc] (a flush, Queen high)FATCOUNT: shows [Ah Ad] (two pair, Aces and Eights)DIRTONSHIRT collected 47144 from pot*** SUMMARY ***Total pot 47144 | Rake 0 Board [8c 4c 8s Qs 2c]Seat 1: basque25 folded before Flop (didn't bet)Seat 2: Xmachine888 folded before Flop (didn't bet)Seat 3: AA27AA64 folded before Flop (didn't bet)Seat 4: coolco94 (button) folded on the TurnSeat 5: waygrater1 (small blind) folded before FlopSeat 6: calnallcards (big blind) folded before FlopSeat 7: DIRTONSHIRT showed [9c Qc] and won (47144) with a flush, Queen highSeat 8: FATCOUNT showed [Ah Ad] and lost with two pair, Aces and EightsSeat 9: PhilsPhan014 folded before Flop (didn't bet)

possibly,as table was playing though i doubt it
I concede that I am no expert..... but, if this is your line and you think that KT is a raise preflop - shouldn't you be paying this hard on the flop that you got (i.e. reraising);to be clear, I am not saying that would be my standard play, but if I was at a table where I felt that raising KT preflop was the right move, I would think that flop was an asset

Yeah, from EP this hand just doesn't play profitably at a FR table. This type of hand will put you in tons of tough spots like this because you are OOP with a fairly weak hand and deep stacks. I really don't think that there are any table conditions early in a tourney like this where raising this pf is a profitable play.OP, it might seem like condescending advice, in that it's so simple, but you must learn to walk before you can run. I don't care how much of an edge you have postflop over the rest of the table, KTs is going to have a very thin margin of profitability if any at all from EP, and you're just better off folding.

Post rebuy, I hate the raise from EP. Why not limp/fold to a raise? Or just fold?As played, gtfo and wait for a better hand with better position.Edit: Zimmy sums it up real good...

Now the real answer to this question is this:Don't raise with K/10...won't have this problem heh.No but seriously..I'd push..but then he'll show you KQ..meh
