Don't know if any of you play at absolute poker but I recently cashed in a satellite to their 100k. Top 2 places got a seat. I took 3rd which payed 45 bucks. I logged on about 1 1/2 hours into the 100k to see how a friend was doing and soon after a box pops up that I've been eliminated in 246th place. They must have accidently put all the people ITM from the satellite into the 100k. Hope I can manage to be this lucky and realize it next time. Anyone ever hae this happen to them?

If I were to live in the Bahamas, but was US citizen and made a living playing poker tournaments in the US would I pay US taxes if I didn't reside in US? I don't live in the Bahamas I'm just wondering how this all works and more importantly trying to figure out a way to not pay taxes. Thanks
