  1. He's gonna need quite a bit of luck to win this event... Normally I would say his odds of winning are around 15-20%, but because of the talent at this table, it's only like 7-10%.
  2. Not a bad play at all. he may call with 2 overs and a flush draw.
  3. Raising pre with 44 in a turbo sng at 15/30 would be an awful play. In a cash game, it'd be fine.I think you played the hand fine besides not rr enough... and even that isnt that bad because you can probably. get his whole stack if the board pairs or a couple bananas hit the turn and river... You want to build a pot. Unfortunately the worst card in the world hit you on the turn.
  4. i love reading through garbage... it has personality. for example:who won the zombie race>?no one. it was dead even!
  5. kidding. I'll be using the winnings to support single mothers with big breatses
  6. common, Daniel. Don't make me regret putting that bracelet bet down on you... if you win this then i can use my winnings to make an absolutely absurd Main Event bet!
  7. I play on stars, but I am sure my advice will hold true for FT. It's not that all of the 5s will be soft and all of the 10, 20s will be hard. It's just that you have a better chance of getting soft tables at lower limits. On stars, the 3.4s are pathetic, 6.5s a slightly harder, and the 16s are only slightly harder than the 6.5s. But I have seen tables as high as 215 that are soft and tables as low as 6.5 loaded with tough players... given that 6.50 was an sngicons.com video. I am more interested in why you think 25 buy ins is enough when moving up to a level you are not sure you can beat.
  8. That's a negative, ghostrider. Note that nelson and shore are both really short and wont be factors without lots of luck.
  9. Agreed. rr here is a very aggressive play. The rule in sngs is to be tight early on. There will be a time when rr w/ AQ is smart. Level one is not that time. Cash game, you go right ahead and rr your a$$ in this spot.
  10. I would probably fold here... but then again I play too many tables to play any hand tricky.
  11. typical sng shove. This one call, and fold if you miss... you still have a stick worth shoving with at 75-150. The 200 makes me nervous... obv i still insta shove in a normal sng.
  12. Yeah, Ivey sucks. He's just a card catcher. Way to take the tiniest sample of events and use them to reach a conclusion that makes you look like a complete moron. Ivey, if not the best, is definitely one of the best 7 c stud players in the world.
  13. LOL. Next case: Is the main event taking place up to this point?
  14. i have a bet now on antonius or dn winning a bracelet... i want to win it early so i can make an absurd bet on someone winning the main event.
  15. He has to raise here. You make a very good point. The structure of this event is not that slow... State again, you're gonna have a sick online sng player winning this event.
  16. You heard it here: an online sng mogul will win this event. Someone like Spacegravy or Z32fanatic
  17. Am I the only one that thinks morons like the op should just be ignored and looked down upon with contempt instead of actually taken seriously. Reasons why:1. Doesn't understand the variance of tournament poker2. Thinks Negreanu is a bad player now and that the online young guns are taking over... despite the fact that dn pwns pokerstars.3. Makes loud insults obviously just to attract attention to himself. He's probably loving all of this attention.I can imagine what this kid looks like right now. A huge d bag with a big mouth and no balls. None. Not even little acorn ones. Keep hiding

  19. 8:17 PM EST - "54 left I'm officially showing profit and 24 spots from shutting up the donk from the other thread"Any avid rail birds have the link to this other thread or care to shed light on who Daniel is shutting up?
  20. argh! you need to value the hell out of 10 10 it 25nl! this means re raise pf... the way you played makes it look like you c bet flop, surrendered turn and then tried a riv steal. As palyed i just cant see how you can make that call on the river. I would say his most likely hand to make such a play with is 33. If he's bluffing you'd think he'd bet the turn. It would be one hell of a cagey play by him to wait for the river to bluff you instead of just taking you on the turn. a horrid donk calls you on the flop with AJcc then checks the turn with the draw, then just horribly shoves off when
  21. I would value bet here about 2200 and then push the rest in on the river. I think his range here is massive... Unless you're playing in a big $ buy in event. He could easily have 99 or 1010, Ace Big, A8 sooted. He's also not folding 77,66,55 to what looks to be a c bet from you. That would be either super weak or a good read. Intermediate to novice players usually do not play weak or well. This expands his range even more.
