  1. My grandparents have a calculator that's the size of a laptop. Each button is about 2 inches square. You should pick one up... :-)LMAO! I'd head to the store and buy one but my family took away my car. Apparently driving 35 on the interstate worried some of them, and now they won't let me drive.I heard they were mainly concerned because you drive for miles in the left lane with your blinker on...But the right lane's full of grooves and potholes, which seriously diminishes the miles I can get from my tires. Besides, they wouldn't make 2 lanes if they didn't want us to use both lanes. I expl

  3. Nov 15, 1969You do the math, I misplaced my bifocals and can't see the buttons on my calculator. I used to do this math in my head but senility has robbed me of that ability, and anytime numbers creep into my head I automatically count pot odds.
  4. I can relate, wing. I just woke up, at 3 am est, fell asleep about 11 pm. About noon today I'll probably take a nap, then back up til 11.I'm taking a week off, though, or I'd be up playing til 3-4am, then sleep til noon. Playing poker for a living contradicts with my absolute hatred of 3rd shift, but it just makes too much sense not to play these hours.
  5. Oh, and close all other tables and stay off the forums. Stud's the hardest game to multitable while playing, because you need to pay attention to everyone's holdings before they fold them.Edit: My bad, just noticed your playing HU. Multitable away.
  6. Most of the time in stud, 2 pair will take down the hi.Pay attention to your opponent's cards carefully, and remember when any of your outs are folded. When you think you have the best low in a multiway pot, cap it. Actively try for lows, as they are tougher to make than in O8, which means when you do make a nice low your chances of being quaretered are less than in O8.Starting hand selection is key, be particular.Good luck.
  7. You can use lboarts, I appreciate that.
  8. I've played online since 2003 and started at AP, and still play most of my online poker there. Can't offer any insight on cash games of any value, as I haven't played them enough. I play my cash games live. The MTTs are easy money. A good mix of players, which usually puts 2 to 3 fish at your table. I find that suits my game best, as too many at the table usually means a badb beat coming. Most of the rest of the players are fairly solid wo can be pushed off top pair, weak kicker when you give them bad odds. They recently converted most of their guaranteed trnys to rebuys, which can get expe
  9. Never did it, might consider trying it, would like to know more about it. Pros, cons, best sites, strategies, anything like this would be greatly appreciated. Keep in mind I'm strictly a SnG/MTT player online, so this may not even be for me. Thanks in advance for any useful info you can provide.
  10. Ummm.... right now, actually. I'm trying not to focus on the 30 buy ins I've lost in the past 12 hours and just focus on playing my A game, and I know things will turn around. Trying, that is, until I opened this thread and it reminded me how damn bad I'm running right now. Thanks alot!!I'm approaching the end of a 14 hour session, then I'm going to take a few hours off and get back to it. This session's been crazy. QQ keeps killing me. If I'm holding it, I lose. More often than not, though, my opponent's holding it and kicking my azz with it. My AQs are running into AK, AJs running in
  11. You could've PMd or emailed him, but this was the best way to rub it in our noses, you assclown!!LOL, jk, major, good luck in that and keep us updated.
  12. Then you probably missed the best part.
  13. LMAO. I no longer play there. If I ever do again, it'll be only for their Sunday $250/500k trnys.
  14. 1 out? really? glad this isn't the strat section.LOL, waited for someone to catch this. Good job. Actually, besides the 10, you have the 2 9s left and the 3 3s, to make your boat, plus the turn may give you 3 more outs. It was hastily written, my bad.
  15. Why dont you and Lois have a tea party and invite DN. Man you guys are worse than Teenage girls at a Backstreet Boys Concert. You PM me agian with that garbage and you're banned.Just to clarify to everyone, Royal Tour is not speaking to me here.Did that need clarification, lol. I hope not.dont worry, it doesnt need clarification,Johnnyringo doesnt like his stay here at FCP and continues to bash this site and the people on threads and Personal messages.OK, cool. Why would someone PM someone a flame? That's definitely out of line. Some people need to grow up. I guess that's what you get in

  17. If you have no outs to improve your hand and the board is coordinated, i.e. not a rainbow or there's a straight draw out there. If the board reads 10, 9, 3, 2 hearts and you hold 10 10 A 9, no hearts, be carefuuuuuuul.Edit: In this case, you do have 1 out, the last 10 in the deck.Good example. There are also times to lay down a straight when you cannot draw the flush/low hand.Right. In my example, if I held 10 10 A 2, I'd call a pot sized bet if it wasn't 1/4 of my stack (trny strat) just to see if I could catch runner runner nut low. Or should I not chase the nut low with only one low card o

  21. Hi DN. Two questions if I may:What sites do you play and what's your s/n's? Cmon, give it up, you can always block chat, lol.Could you please reply to this thread? I'd be very interested in your take on this hand J'Dags played. http://fullcontactpoker.com/poker-forums/v...9446&highlight=Thank you.
  22. STFU.Do you know this for a fact?.. Did you stand face to face and talk about the forum with him?, Did you hear him sound concerned with the way the forum is going for the constant flames? did you hear that he spends more money keeping this site up and running than he gets from site sponsors. No, you didnt hear all of this, but i did. So seriously STFUIn other words.. "I refuse to believe that he doesn't care what I think.. he cares about me and I know it.. I just hope he loves me as much as I love him.. " go get a life, and then end it.No you stupid fuck, get your god damn head out of y
  23. It's a shame this dumbass thread has to cause so much animosity, all because vatche can't detect sarcasm without a big sw smacking him in the kisser. To vatche:Even if you did take him literally, why would you come on his site and call him a clown? You, sir (errr, kid, i mean), are a disrespectful snot nosed lil punk.
  24. We should clarify (because of the english issue)that BB in NL = big blind and BB in limit = big bet. Small point, but it could affect his math when calculating what levels he can play.
