This is obvious, but still tough the first time. Be deliberate. Don't "jummp at the pot" when you have a good hand. If you've never played live this is tougher than you think. You're used to going straight to the mouse, even if ypu wait once your hand gets there.

In all fairness to others - several have stated how crappy this is.
