  1. What are your opinions. I know in stud hi/lo if you are three handed or heads up in a pot and you have a low made and they are strictly going high and you are drawing to a flush, inside straight, or have an open ended straight, it is typical to ram and jam it with the low locked up and drawing to scoop. Some people say this is only appropriate in tournaments because there is no rake and it is dumb to do it in cash tables because of the split and the high rake...what are your opinions...i usually still ram and jam
  2. Brian townsend would tell you to re-raise
  3. Eh, i dont like raising this under the gun, if it is a full table i may even fold this under the gun. As played you were fine, i wouldnt be surprised if he made a full on the river, but you are alright here, i just think preflop you can mayyybe get away from it, but you did fine
  4. I consider myself very good at this game, but yet i dont play it on cash tables, and i really do not know why
  5. I am with simo, i think he has aces too, maybe even KK, the range of hands he is repotting with pre-flop do not hit him here unless he has like AKQJ with some spades, or if he is a tricky player and does like 4 5 6 7 repot, but no...i like the repot the flop, and what the heck two pair could this guy have? 5 6 7 8, you repotting that preflop, nope. I think worst case is JJ10 Q, but still, i dont think he repots this pre-flop. He has aces too, repot the flop and hope he has KK, he thinks you are weak because you didnt re-raise again if you would have had aces
  6. It is a 0.10 / 0.25 cent game, the chance of it is slim, i think he has a weak ace, or weak full house
  7. Well i took out my entire roll except 50 bucks when i started work, then lost it all playing 0.25 / 0.50 when my flopped nut flush lost to a flopped straight flush
  8. Sorry, i misread it, i thought he drew one on the last street and you had a J low made
  9. I think you check call 6th street here, my guess is the idiot has a made low and is raising to try and take it. The other seats have lows as well and are praying theirs are better. The bet on the river is fine wih the two pair, the fact that the original better just called makes my assumption he was betting a made low correct. Slow down on 6th, other than that it is fine.
  10. How is this topic still alive, it never dies
  11. I can add a subtitle, if the table dynamic stinks you can go ahead an play it
  12. This is simple. Send an e-mail to the cahier and supprt telling them that you would like your next withdrawl request to be processed via personal check. They will send you back a confirmation e-mail telling you that all subsequent withdrawls will be by personal check unless you tell them otherwise. In about 2 weeks you will get a check. Piece of cake, if the check is over 3000 dollars the personally deliver it using a courier i believe
  13. anyone stand pat with the jack low?
  14. Turn is fine, you have the nuts. Hero bets half the pot on the river.
  15. In my opinion i do not think it is that confusing. The only really confusing part is the 3-bet. I assume you dont think he is capable of making a 3 bet with a KJ becuase he could fear AJ? You assumption that he could have 99, or 10 10 is quite possible. My guess is he was very confident you had an ace or better pocket pair and was not losing any more money on the hand
  16. Less people in the pot, i dont bet so much, but i like your flop bet. On the turn, if a scare card hits, i check and wait to see what they do, keep the pot small. If you get raised, count your outs, if a club hits, depends on your pot odds. This is a tough one. I think i am taking this one to the river, maybe check calling the turn if a scare card comes
  17. It all depends. I have sat down at 1-2 or 0.5 - 1 tables on full tilt and absolutely dominate the game, no one knows what they are doing. Other times i am getting 3-bet and destroyed myself by people who are excellent at the game
  18. I can not decide, I am on the fence with this one. Arguments can be made for both plays, me personally, i am folding, but i need to work on my agression in omaha.
  19. Not sure if i raise pre-flop, but i am a more passive trapping player. I say keep it cheap, no need to raise the turn, too many hands that he could call and get us in trouble with.
  20. I would have to go through them. Looking at the hand, i put the cold caller on these hands, most of them you stated. A wrap that could go either way, hopefully protected by having hearts as well...but some people cold call with wraps that dont have flush possibilities all the time. A set of 7's or 3's is a strong possibility. Hell even Ah 4h 3 5 or something like that could be lurking. I do agree though that on the river, i think we just have to accpet we are beat and fold. I had a hand similar to this where i was called down to the river, then they lead out and i called with top two bec
