I wouldn't press this as a rule but maybe politely show the table a couple way your cards should be capped and why. After awhile they will all cap their cards the same way(after some gentle prodding and observing others doing it). Don't try to be too forceful on it or they will just ignore you like children.On a side note I'm from Canada (Alberta) and never come across that rule of paying more than 1 round of blinds.

I don't think anybody(especially me) jumped down his throat. Give people a little more credit for forming their own opinions because I certainly do. I agree with core about leading out on the flop and hope he raises thinking you are trying to make a move on his A-K. If he does raise you MAY just call to see the turn then continue leading out if a blank hits. You'll always win more 1n the long run by betting your good hands then hoping others bet for you.

All I'm saying is this is probably the villians best case scenario with the As. He may have a K and will call regardless.edit: I've now read the results and it looks like he was either an extremely lucky idiot or was advertising for later. I lean to the latter since it took him 15 seconds to call.
