Does anyone know of a magazine or newspaper article that is archived online that pretty much says that poker is bad, is all luck and no skill, etc? I need to find an article like that, but as easy as it would seem, I can't find one. I spent about 2 hours just now googling anything that I could think of, and never found a magazine/newspaper article on the subject. All I found was websites or blogs talking about it, which doesn't help.If anyone knows of any articles, please let me know, I need one badly (for a paper I'm writing for a class. I need to give an opposite opinion of mine)

I can get you some games in Orlando, since I live here...As far as dogtrack/casino games go... I don't really play them too much. Max game you can play is $2/2. Hardrock is about 2 hours away from Orlando (it's just outside of Tampa). It's full of smoke and dimly lit... If you're going to drive all the way out to hardrock, go the extra 15 minutes and go to Derby Lane dog track to play poker. The staff there is much nicer, but I'm probably a little biased towards derby lane since I used to live close to it and I'm friends with lots of the dealers and floorpeople there.I think I know the und

Ya LadyLuck beat me headsup. She had a monster chip lead for almost all of the trny. When we were down to 4 I think she had about 60k and the rest of us were splitting the last 60k or so.We played headsup for awhile and were pretty much dead even in chips, then she made a really nice call with a pair of 4s (I think) for all of her chips that ended the trny.

When did these "deep stack" trnys on stars start?In a normal stars trny you start with 1500 chips and 15min levels. On these trnys you get 5000 chips to start and blind levels are 30min. This looks like such a good trny.Sorry if there's already a thread about this, I've been busy lately and haven't been on the forums in a few weeks.
