chrozzo 19
I rarely played on full tilt. ONe in a while i would hop into a daily double or a cash game, but I decided I wanted to just cash out and focus on 1 site. I had to go through hoops just to get verification in order to withdraw by check. Finally my account was cleared but again my withdraw was voided. I received an email then stating that they dicovered multiple accounbts for me. I have 2, under different emails, but I onlyused the original one 2 years ago and only for about a month. The email I used for that was from my college, and doesnt even exist anymore. They tentold me that the account ive been using...my second account...has been closed. OK, I cant login now obviously, and my $900 is gone. Ive contacted support and they say to read the site rules. I did and it doesnt say anywhere that they can take my money. They do say that a violation of the rule may result in full tilt point forfeiture. Who cares about the damn points...I would prefer the money.I dont know what to do next...I cant call FTP in any way...this is theft pure and simple.
ROACHBABY 0
I had 2 accounts on FT that I used during the same time period. They sent me an email saying that there is a one account per person rule. So I had to close my second account and they asked me to email them and tell them whether I wanted the money withdrawn or transfered to my primary account. So they were pretty good about this with me. Sound like you really got screwed. It seems like if you send them a polite email explaining exactly what happened then they might help you out. WowThats 0
If the account is true this is perfect reasoning why online gambling needs to be overseen within the United States.

FullTilt Support stated that they give pros a little leeway on this rule as a courtesy.
gilbertology 0
I find it hard to believe they would confiscate your money just for multiple accounts. I know people who have had to close down a second account and they all received their mobneys. Email customer service, be patient for a bit and I'm sure you'll get your funds back. finztotheleft 0
Go the polite email route, stating that you know that they have combined the accounts for many others in similar situations, and that you are awaiting word on which account they want you to use....
