The first 3 can hardly be considered pros. While they do likely make their living from the game, I doubt they play regularly enough. I could be wrong.
agreed.I should of named the title "Well known poker players that are not making noise at this years WSOP so far". yea???

A couple of these people have made final tables or top 16's. Really there are only so many bracelets that can be won expecting more from a large group of people (name pro's) is ridiculous.

thats bs.We often talk as one about who are the true professionals in this game, as opposed to the 'celebrities' of the game.At the end of the day Alan Ciunningham, Phil Ivey and esfandiari havent won any main event titles. However Jamie Gold and friends have.Jamie Gold, in one tournament took down more cash money than cunningham and most poker players have in a lifetime. He has proven himself and as such i rate him one of the greatest players of all time. He beat 9000! Some players here struggle to beat 900 people and will never ever win a bracelet. That is why Gold, looking through the jealousy is in the top 5 maybe even the second greatest player of all time in my opinion. (Behind alan cunningham who is still the best imo).

Farha finished essentially between 17th-32nd of the 10k HU event and made the FT (took 6th) of the 10k Mixed Event.Annie Duke made the FT of the Stud 8 event today.Todd Brunson has 2 cashes in this WSOP, including bubbling the FT of the 3k Horse Event.

Jamie probably sat next to him at the TV table for his tourny. Maybe he should MSN Phil Ivey and tell him that Gold is better as well

nuff saidon topic, chris ferguson atm is HU for a bracelet with a commanding lead and i expect him to ship da bracelet. Other than that, id say the pros have done well for themselves thus far in the wsop, kudos to DN and the new blind structure :club: Hopefully I get to check it out before this wsop is over

Cunningham is a good player, but after Gold made him look like a internet micro player at that final table, I have a hard time with Cunningham as the best anything.
