I most definately tilted today, and I'm annoyed at myself for doing it.

Played the 5/10NL again today at Foxwoods. I don't know why I'm such a chicken and won't get in the 10/25NL game, but I'm definitely going to play it tomorrow. I do have to say, the play here has been MUCH better than I expected. The 5/10NL game here has been significantly tougher than any 10/20NL game I've ever sat in at Commerce, so I don't know what is up with that since the NL play is supposed to be pretty weak out here on the east coast.Anyway, finished my session up $4420 today. I lost a bunch on a bunch of coolery types of hands, and only had one reasonable suckout for about 110bbs. (I flopped a set and a guy flopped a straight)I'll post some of the more exciting hands in NL strat for discussion.Mark

He said before in this thread and in another one that he sells 35% of himself when playing at 25-50.He's so sick he has to get to 50-100 before he's taking a tilted shot.

Next time don't fold top two to the table donk.
that was really, really, gross.i raise QJo CO, duder calls btn w A4dd. He had worked up a 1k stack to like 5.5k, so I really didn't think he was capable of stone cold bluffs, or anything.Flop QJ9 I bet 225, he calls. Turn 7 I bet 600, he time banks me, then raises to 2.1k and I'm just in a really gross spot. I like hardly ever fold here, but I really was thinking about how he'd been playing (very tight 20/12) or something, and then was just like I don't think he can just straight up pull a bluff like this. I eventually fold after time banking a while and he shows. That was just disgusting. I need to remember that it's just poker and people do stupid shit, but his play was so stupid, it fooled me. Guess it's about doing the "wrong" thing at the right time. Not that this was wrong, but I really never thought he'd pull a move like that.I never tilted though, and mav, i wasn't playing cause I was tilted. I honestly was playing on my own money cause I was up 10k on the month at this point, and the game was good, and Jayden just spews money all over the place. I made one clear mistake with AQ vs AK all in pf, and a few calls I'm not 100% sold on, but aren't really that bad.Basically, in my opinion, it shoulda been like a 2-3k loss, instead of 7k. The AQ hand was just blew.I normally do sell action this high, and probably still should, but the logistics of the game I bought into (two really weak players, and only 1 100bb stack I knew was a solid reg) made me willing to play my own money. I stand behind that decision and this could have easily been a 2 or 3 buy-in night had a few things gone a bit differently. That being said, I know I didnt play my A game, as I was a bit tired and what not, but I know I had a big edge and eventually I'll snap off Jayden, or whomever, and win a few buy-ins.It's not fun dropping 13k, but it is only 2.6 or whatever buy-ins up there, so I was pretty calm. I knew if I just won one pot against jayden I'd prob win a buy-in back, which I did, and then he moved on to HU games so I had to call it a night. Overall, just down 4.5kish from everything I did yesterday, which isn't bad, but def. not ideal obviously.- Jordan
