That doesn't make any sense? You haven't defined what 'long term swings' are, but it makes zero sense however you definie it for one thing to have higher short term swings to another but smaller 'long term swings'.
kinda feels like you're getting a bit condensceding because you read a book on the subject.

Its not a training video or anything, I just recorded it to discuss in a group session next week. It wouldn't be super instructional for anyone and I wouldn't want it public anyway because I don't want how I play getting out :)Mark
do you play against anyone in your training group?

do you play against anyone in your training group?
One of the guys is a 5/10nl reg on FTP, but he's been playing more HU than 6max lately. But I do play vs him sometimes. The other guys are a 2/4nl reg on Stars, Mikeysong, a 10/20nl euro dude, and Samo obv who plays on Stars. I avoid the guy in my group that plays my games regularly, but we've logged some hands together.Mark

Small brag post...Month so far (actually about +$400 more than this because PT refuses to correctly convert Euros to USD). Mainly 100nl with some small shots at 200nl.augustkl1.jpgI've definitely been running well this month, but I feel like I'm close to "turning the corner" and being able to start my slow transition to 200nl and eventually higher. I'm comfortably rolled for 200nl I guess, but I am still not ready emotionally to be able to handle the bigger swings. I really wish I could put more volume in and spend more time watching vids, but right now, with school just starting, it isn't possible. For the guys who play 200nl on FTP, are there a ridiculous number of tag regs populating all the tables? How difficult is it to find 4-6 tables where there may only be 2 or fewer regs? I've noticed that above 200nl on the site I'm currently playing at, it is just filled with the same nits all day, either just battling against each other or praying on the random fish that sits down once in a while. FTP has at least 10x the number of tables going as my site, but it also probably has 30x the number of regs

Watching a huuuuge donk play 25/50 HU right now on FTP. He was at a 5/10 6-max table last night and running like 90/11. I might take a shot if somehow ImTheFranchise sits out and he's still there.
