finztotheleft 0
I'm watching the episode on Day 2 of the ME that is featuring DN's table. They just did a featurette on David Williams and his mom. Is this the episode that Little Matt was in ? I planned on leaving the house to get some errands done, but I need to stay and watch if this is the Little Matt episode. Anyone know ? Thanks in advance.Nevermind.....they just showed it.Wow, that was an awesome piece. Can't wait to see Little Matt playing in the ME someday, what a great attitude he has ! PokerKnight55 0
Was truly touched when I saw that episode. What a courageous kid, real cool of you Daniel.
speedz99 145
From Matt's site: What I'd like to do in life: 1. Become an audio engineer. I have been told I have a face made for radio/music.The kid is obviously awesome.
llou 0
I also thought it was a great piece -- not overly sentimental. It emphasized strength, hard work, the joy of living, and hope for the future. In a summer full of bad news and bad press about poker, that piece was a welcome uplifting moment. That is why we were so happy with the portrayal.DN made majic happen. For those non believers... oh there was indeed some editing...there were some "missed episodes"... but they did indeed hit the nail on the head.We truly thank all of you for starting a second thread...and now Little Matt is on his next...15 minutes of fame....thank you all very much!!!!THANKS DN, ESPN, WSOP (be honest Little Matt hopes Daniel plays next year because he wants to go back), and FCP. But most of all the gravelins would like to thank Daniels mom for her efforts in parenting...without her...who knows...
