Also, it's not fair to say, "I won't be there because instead of getting well this weekend and resting, I went to Florida and partied non-stop for 3 days.Thoughts on the trip:Woody's on the Waterfront in St. Pete's Beach is awesome. Norm's whole hometown is awesome. We should move there, open a bar and drink margaritas for a living. Smoking when you have a chest cold is a bad idea. I got some serious snuggle time in with a number of army this weekend and that makes me very, very happy. Finally seeing Erik in person rocked the Casbar. Brad and Danielle are saints for letting us ALL stay in their house. Being all together was really great. The grouper sandwich was damn good. I mean, damn good. The Hard Rock Casino's bar has hot, but bitchy waitresses who provide bad service for excessively high prices. Woody's on the Waterfront gave us 7 margaritas and 2 very tall draft beers for US$22.00. Obv. we ordered 2 more rounds. I drank a lot of booze. Though not as much as I used too because I am now a cheap drunk. If I had balls on Sunday night, they would have been blue.
