I believe the answer to the second question about the letters in order is R.If you look at the letters the second letter comes directly after the first letter in the alphabet.RS HI NO X....it's an incomplete pattern but it follows. Y is not available making it seem all the more right.

Maybe Canadians STILL call it Zed but they definetly aren't the only ones that ever have. Also, what I said is true.
