I always ride home because it's easier (downhill, generally), and I don't have to deal with the sweat. But I don't see why I can't just bike to work on days I don't have early meetings or whatever. I'm sure work won't give a shit if I sit at my desk in gym shorts and a soaked t-shirt until noon. LOL. I'll need to work up to it a little after my lazy winter (and the planned expansion of BikeShareTO to closer to my work hopefully happens soon). But I should still be able to do it a few times a week. Last year I biked home like 95% of the time. So long as it wasn't raining too hard. Need to build on that. Link to post Share on other sites

Still walking as much as ever but I've been on pretty high dose Prednisone for the last 8 weeks. When you're on Prednisone you basically are always hungry and just eat and eat and eat. I'll weigh in tonight and see how bad the damage is from all the beer and bar food. It was almost 100 degrees out every day we played so I'm hoping that helped to offset the poor diet.
