MapleLeafs 142
Worst part of Sochi? Its 9 hours ahead. Gold medal game is at like 7am our time I believe. And 2018 is in South Korea, so if there is hockey, it's not like it's going to get better..
MapleLeafs 142
Also 7AM is doable on a Sunday. Better than 2 or 3 AM

MapleLeafs 142
Canadian results last few Olympics when NHL players were allowed to compete: 2010 Vancouver....GOLD 2006 Turin ............7th 2002 Salt Lake GOLD 1998 Nagano 4th Clearly Olympic hockey is the biggest event for us. Vancouver and Salt Lake were party in the street types of highs, like the Jays winning the World Series. Turin and Nagano were such crushing disappointments. I don't know which one hurt worse. Probably Nagano. Turin was more of a shock.

Dubey 1,035
to be perfectly honest, I don't know if I will wake up at 7 AM to watch the gold medal game. Right now, I would lean towards NO. Come February, I may get caught up in the excitement and drag my lazy ass out of bed.

MapleLeafpoker 1,462
Those should all be snoozefests. Finland will be fun to watch, even just them as a team, see how they play. Quarterfinals will be great, every mnatchup could be intriguing.
