Who u got at the final table at the wsop NLHE main event?
4 fat guys, an annoying foreigner, 2 asians, 1 overly serious internet qualifier, a woman, and Dan Harrington (as always).

I'll take some of those odds...

10 people you have never heard of a will never hear from again
Considering the way the media let Chris moneymaker shove his dick up their ass...you might hear from next years winner as well...I sure hope not though

You also have to take into account the # of pro's who have achieved name recognition since last year's WSOP. Josh Arieh wasn't exactly a household name before last year's event.Just a thought.

I think more pros then you’d think. The pros have had a few years now to adjust, and I believe we’ll have 4 or 5 pros(2 of which may be Dan Harrington.).
Amen. Clone the dude.

Is Dan going to buy-in twice and make the final table with both entries? That would be the greatest fear I would have ever seen from the World Series if that occurs. :club:

I pictrue he'll just enter twice ( he'll run from seat to seat, like Buggs Bunny playing baseball.).

I'm a firm believer that it'll likely be an "unknown" who wins this years WSOP main event, but, I could certainly see a patient "pro" going deep in to the tourney and even the final table. Dan Harrington is a good pick to go for the 3-peat of final tables. I also think Howard Leaderer has as strong chance of making it happen. One things for sure, you'll see at least 5 Poker Stars golf shirts sitting at the final table. Aren't they sponsoring roughly half the field this year?

OWW Lederer is a good pick, If he can keep from going all-in with the nuts, like last year.

They have, I believe, already more people qualified than were in the entire field in 2003. And that's just PS. But that's where the bulk (pun intended) of the 4 fat guys and the 1 overly serious IQ will come from. And I believe even the woman.

Unforunately I highly doubt Harrington will make the final table this year. IF he did though- that would be the greatest accomplishment in WSOP history thus far. I'd put money on it that he doesn't.......... any takers??
