FCP Bob 1,320
It's possible that he's a part owner of Full Tilt if he bought in when they made him a member of Team Full Tilt which would provide a nice cash flow.He also received a lot of money when he sold his online site and software to Betfair before he joined Full Tilt.Maybe he has a really really rich and dumb backer. I know he was named specifically in that Gowen lawsuit, but I think all the 'pros' were.Maybe he got a really good interest rate from his Beal win?

Jam-Fly 8
I know this is a dated topic, but the question is till relevant given his results since 2010. I assume he must have invested his income (he sold a site for a lot during the boom) and has a really decent yearly income from these investments, along with whatever endorsements, tournament winnings, other cash winnings etc he makes. High stakes online cash games have to be a major drain though and you have to wonder how long he can lose so much.
BigDMcGee 3,353
There are other games, tho. Hararabob in his AMA talked about a single Vancouver whale that lost 50-60 million in the Hollywood home games. If Gus knows the right people and can get in the right games he'll be fine.,
