FCP Bob 1,320
it looked to me like he gained an artificial boost from the defender. so i wasn't that impressed. You know what is impressing me. The Toronto Freaking Raptors with 8 wins in 9 games. They are either a good bad team or a bad good team. I along with 19,000 of my closest friends watched them crush Portland tonight.
Essay21 2,385
that is impressive. i saw this tweet earlier too: Brian Windhorst @WindhorstESPN BTW, Raptors scored 102 points tonight even though 3 of their starters didn't even score. Don't see that every day. which seems to make it a very odd win indeed.
FCP Bob 1,320
Two of the current starters are Aaron Grey and Mickael Pietrus and they don't really play that many minutes. Combined stats for the Raptors point guards tonight Calderon and Lowry. 0 points on 0-3 shooting, 2 Turnovers and 22 assists in 45 minutes of play.

BigDMcGee 3,353
great tweet by Simmons on the Gay trade:@BillSimmons 2013's best sports moment: Automated Hollinger saying Human Hollinger's trade w/ Toronto made Toronto 6 wins worse. http://es.pn/TZ1pY4 That's funny. Whiskers 680
Do you think GM's run trade proposals through the trade machine? Did Hollinger have to try to convince Toronto that he's wrong?
FCP Bob 1,320
Colangelo has wanted Gay for a long time. He isn't a very good judge of player value which is not a good thing for a GM I hate the trade unless Gay somehow is able to be a small 4 a lot of the time like Melo and Lebron are. Obviously he isn't in their class even though he is paid like he is.
