Sal Paradise 57
here's my thing: I'm a heavy underarm sweater. it's a curse. the best antipersperant's I've found have been mitchum, gillett clinical, and something else I just bought, old spice super duper strength or something? either way, the biggest thing I notice is that if I use any of them every day for an extended period, like 2 weeks or so, they ALL stop working. I've even used that certain dri stuff which is basically concrete for your underarms, and if I've used it recently, it just doesn't put out like it should.basically, all of the clinical strength ones are good, you just have to take a break every now and again. Try offering it the good beer instead of the green stuff-sickiesIve never heard of building an immunity to deodorant....Maybe I should ask the wife to use Right Guard on the cooking utensils instead of Pam
steve7stud 0
and many gave you honest answers..Yes and it was much apprectiated.Anyone who doesn't keep that option open is a foolSteve is no foolHave to agree with you here. This topic stinks.Steve, what are you using now? Results? What have you used in the past?sharing is caring. I'm currently using Degree for men. I used various Sure products for awhile and they seemed to fade with use. The Degree for men is fading as of late.Axe Body Spray is complete garbage, but Axe Dry is excellent. I've always had major sweat issues until I started using Axe Dry. It's a good anti-perspirant with several deodorizing smells to choose from.Another friend of mine swears by Axe anti-perspirant. I thought he was joking, but he said it works really well. But even when they're a little less effective, they still work better than the normal ones.
theresa113 0
Guys... I am serious about trying the ones made for women. Many come in unscented or in scents that are neutral like cucumber or something like that. Most are antiperspirants so you do not sweat. However, what they also have is moisturizers. I like Dove the best, then Secret and Suave are tied next.Think about it... how often do you run into a woman who smells? Then compare that to how often you run into a man who does? Also, in the midst of summer or in very humid places, some corn starch or other powder is good to put on. I live in Central Florida and we know muggy. And yes... everyone needs something. Some are just in denial.

Too many guys just slather the deodorant on and think they've done something.
Poppy_Hillis 11
And yes... everyone needs something. Some are just in denial.Look, I told you. You think I just walk around smelling bad and everyone I know, love, and trust just never tell me, and continue to hang out with me on a regular basis? My offer still stands. Spademan 94
Look, I told you. You think I just walk around smelling bad and everyone I know, love, and trust just never tell me, and continue to hang out with me on a regular basis?Hahaha, oh wow.The fact that you are oblivious enough to not see how common this particular thing happens, in many different ways (bad breath, B.O., terrible hair-piece, fat, absurd fashion sense, goofy walk... the list of "unmentioned" things could go on forever), is a sure sign you are oblivious to your personal stink. They either are too nice, or find it too awkward to tell you, or they all smell like fucking wet monkey fur and therefore just can't tell. Put some deodorant/antiperspirant on, and step into modern civilization.
Suited_Up 2
Bottom line: If you sweat, you need deoderant. If for some reason you don't, then you can go on without. That's not arguable.
