'hey You'

Recommended Posts

If a girl begins an email/text message with the phrase 'Hey you' (as long as its not followed by 'bastard', '*******', 'freak' etc), it means she wants you to bone her.Discuss.
Or maybe its because you texted her 1st and she texted you back not knowing who the **** you are.

maybe she's a Pink Floyd fan, waiting for the next line. It's usually a girl trying to be cute, saying hello, so I reply with the bolded verse. They get easily confused, which is annoying, yet fun.Hey you, out there in the coldGetting lonely, getting oldCan you feel me?Hey you, standing in the aislesWith itchy feet and fading smilesCan you feel me?Hey you, dont help them to bury the lightDont give in without a fight.Hey you, out there on your ownSitting naked by the phoneWould you touch me?Hey you, with you ear against the wallWaiting for someone to call outWould you touch me?Hey you, would you help me to carry the stone?Open your heart, Im coming home. But it was only fantasy. The wall was too high,As you can see.No matter how he tried,He could not break free. And the worms ate into his brain.Hey you, standing in the roadAlways doing what youre told,Can you help me?Hey you, out there beyond the wall,Breaking bottles in the hall,Can you help me?Hey you, dont tell me theres no hope at allTogether we stand, divided we fall.

And yeah, if she says, "Hey You," she totally wants it. Same with a guy to a girl (though if a guy is speaking to a girl at all, chances are he totally wants it anyway).

This is only true in some situations.ie: you just met, or you just now starting to talk on a more private level.other wise, i've had the "hey you" from girls who are just friends. and also from girls who i havent talked to in years, but they used to be a good friend, so they would be like "Hey you!!" how are you"please note. the girls who i dont talk to for years are ones who have issues to begin with, so them saying hey you could be null void

Def not. I had a friend (super amazing who I always wanted but she never wanted more than just friends, just wanted to talk to me about all her issues with current boyfriends) who said "hey you" to me every time we talked.
Me too. Same thing. Only nothing happened because I never knew I wanted her, until I went to visit earlier this month and realized I've been in love with her for the past 8 years. She got married last summer. Says 'hey you' every time she talks to me. Bad times.

This reminds of that Seinfeld episode where Jerry didn't know his girlfriend's name."You don't know my name do you"?"Of course I do!""What is it then?""It rhymes with a part of the female anatomy""What is it?""Mulvaaa..."20 seconds later."DOLORES! IT'S DOLORES!"

She doesn't recall your name.
its funny because this is a girl i work with and i have always suspected she wants it but never been quite sure. last week was her birthday and she texts me to come out to where everyone is drinking, beginning with the 'hey you' thing. i was chilling at home with my gf of 3 years who i live with so, and i had a bout of the man flu so i didnt bother going out, but on monday morning when i ask her how her night was she gives it the old 'i was sooooo drunk' line.i was just interested in the hey you phenom, as i was interested to see what she was thinking. i'm pretty sure she wants bone.
