Thanks for the shout out DN but I'm still a little worried as he has been in this position several times in this WSOP and the donked off ALL his chips before the end of the night. I'm chearing for ya DN. Don't break out hearts again. I'm still recovering from the Hab's final game loss to the Leafs!

Bah all you Gold haters suck, stop being jealous one time.
We don't "hate on" Jamie Gold.We have merely studied the situation thoroughly, and come the legitimate conclusion that he's a douchebag. It has nothing to do with his supposed poker skill.

think of all the staff costs though, I bet the main event entry fees dont cover all of the costs. I bet they make their money on the ESPN deal.

"End of day 1 goal: 80k-100k"I wonder if having goals is a positive thing in a long tournament. Seems like best strategy is to try to maximize value of each winning hand and minimize the losses on losing had. I wonder if having preset goals influences play in a negative way.

ESPN should pay for a large portion of Rio's expenses and cut into the rake... they are making millions on playing this on air and the players put up all the prize money!! Mickey Mouse is a thief!!!
