Interesting interesting... I dont know what you mean with Action Falco and those stuff, but ok... LOLTo the hand: I am really a shy guy, but I dont think anyone of those bizarre posters should tell me how to play poker. I dont think I made tenthousand of dollars playing dumb poker. OK i normally play tournaments, but anyway...To call the flopbet, is horrible...? I dont know who said that, but I have a gazzilion bluff outs against an super tight player, I think not to call is horrible... but probably you know better. To those who have interest in the hand, here is what I have done:As he pushed All-In I took my time, about 3-4 minutes (sorry table :-) ), as I said there was nothing to be recognized. But the hole line made no sense to me.I had a few explanations anyway:1) He could have that Overpair, I was hoping for. He might think: " I let it look like a bluff (which it really does) and maybe he calls if he has anything at all..."2) He has that FH thinking the same3) He has absolutely nothing, knowing that I might be on a bluff. The problem was, that I havent seen him bluffing in those 6 hours. I mean if he has that AK he could easily call, if I were on a bluff or raise a liitle or sth. It really doesnt look like a strong hand, because he forces me to lay it down...After those minutes I folded my hand face up (for some strange ego problems ;-) ) and he unfortunaetly only showed me one card. Guess what: A Jack. But he showed me that Jack very quickly as he didnt looked at his hole cards. He just showed me one. So I think the other one was a Jack as well... Hopefully

and by the way to those OOP-call-is-weak-sayers:If you always need position to play a pot, then good luck in the pokerworld...If you are extremly good in reading people you dont need that F... position every hand. Position helps, but its not thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat important... Just sayin'

Keep the day job.Position=everything.Not that I really think you have a nice big bankroll of $100,000 even to begin with and are making plays like that.... :club: PS. For future reference, half the draws you could be trying to represent on turn OOP could improve his hand. People bet draws. Just sayin'Also for the original hand, this is a very easy call.

I think this correlation is hilarious. I almost find it funnier that you picked up on such small things like that. I hope you have the same attention to detail at the poker tables.
They are not too hard to spot. I found ActionFalko's posts annoying self-agrandising, poorly disguised brag posts and as such they stand out like dog's bollocks in a forum with serious strategy posts. If I played live often enough the attention to detail might be beneficial :club:

I believe this guy was also defending his calling down large bets with Q5 on a board of QT9JQ with a possible flush, and he wanted to know if the river reraise meant he was beat.

HIJACK...hopefully the only hijack of the day for me...Everyone wish me luck tonight. I'm taking a coin flip by boarding the airplane. Hopefully I can win this coin flip and land safely. To the OP...call.
Coinflips and airplanes, kinda the last thing I want to read about since I takeoff for Vegas at 10:30AM. :club: As far as I'm concerned , I have set over set , rainbow board, and I cover villian by a $1. :D That's my "coinflip". See y'all in Vegas.

Also, someone folded the case (whatever card your opponent has). I'm coin flipping to Vegas tomorrow, too. :D

like political position?i'm confused, i thought this was poker
It makes sense. For instance, Ron Paul is clearly a Libertarian but has positioned himself as a Republican. I agree with the OP.EDIT: In retrospect, I think the fact that he's positioning himself as a Republican despite being a Libertarian suggests the opposite...position is important.

Is it weird that I get turned on when you talk all intellectual-like?You don't have to answer that.
