I like following the (3 + # of limpers)*BB rule here. If the stacks were bigger it would likely be 4 + limpers. As played, I call here every time unless you have a specific read or playing higher limits (and even then I'm not sure, but I'm a low stakes player lol)

I might actually check the river and call any bet instead. He's definitely not folding a hand that beats you when you shove, but he will fold a lot of hands that you have beat. If you check, you give him the opportunity to take a stab at a lot of missed draws, pairs, etc. Maybe you miss a bit of value here from a hand like AA, KK, QQ, etc., but I think you'll pick up more value from weaker hands if you check the river.

I don't really mind just calling pf. I really think you need to lead out on the flop though,because its fairly draw heavy and you can't afford to give up a turn card. As played, check behind the river. I don't want to be raised and forced to make a decision for a lot of chips here with only top pair. Give him the opportunity to maybe bluff with a weaker hand and call any reasonable sized bets (imo, anything under pot size).

I'd throw in a pot-sized bet on the turn, or possibly just shovel if you're sure you are ahead. It's more of a value vs. risk. As played, I fold the river. Trust your reads. When you bet 2/3 of the pot and he calls, he's actually calling with bad odds to complete the flush. By calling the river, you actually make that call a much less bad one because you gave him implied odds. If you get unlucky, minimize your losses and get out.

On the topic of minraises: I usually play small-stake SNG's, tourneys (3.25 /45s, 4.40s, $5 STT, etc.). Whenever someone minraises from EP, I automatically slow down because 90% of the time (I don't think im exaggerating here) its AA, KK, QQ, sometimes even JJ, or AK. If you're minraising consistently with marginal hands as well as monsters, itll throw people like me off, but majority of people it just gives them incentive to call. That being said, I don't MIND the minraise from the button/CO, but please don't ever do this from EP. I'd prefer a 2.5/3x raise here instead.As played, shovel.

I autocall. If you are actually going to fold here in fear of bubbling, you shouldn't have raised PF in the first place. This is almost a perfect flop for you. Secondly, if you fold here, you are only left with ~ 1.7k. I'd easily put you at a 65/35 favourite (probably even higher) against his range here. Having the chance to move up to 4k and secure yourself a good shot at winning this thing is more than worth the risk of bubbling here, especially since you're fairly short here as well, and will be in bad shape if the shorty doubles up.

I think that if you had even one more chip than SB, this is an easy call (guaranteeing yourself 2nd if either you or the big stack wins). I agree with everyone else though: if you don't win this hand, you're out in 3rd and as a result his is probably a close fold. IF the big stack had been raising with ATC a lot of hands, I might be tempted to put it in all there because I have to figure we're ahead of the short stack's range.

His range is fairly large here though and could easily include something like AsKs, AsQs, higher set etc.If you were planning on folding to a push though, I probably would have checked behind on the turn and called any non-spade river (within reason) and value bet if checked to me. That might not be the best way to extract value from your set though in most cases, so bleh lol.

I love 6-handed SNG's just because I feel the biggest advantage I have over typical donks who play these things are post flop play. 6-handed gives me many more opportunities to exploit this. I also tend to notice that people tighten up a lot 3 or 4 handed and my aggressiveness tends to allow me to build a stack fairly quickly. Just perseonal preference though. Playing 9-handed is much more straight forward though in terms of decision-making, etc.

I dont mind checking behind actually and trapping him on the turn. I guess it depends on how likely he would call a push with something like AT or AJ, and whether or not you think hes likely to bet out if you check the turn.Without any real reads, I probably lean towards just pushing the flop here.
