  1. He filed a civil lawsuit against the driver of the bus that ran him over. Made billions.Edit: I didn't see that there were two pages after that post. So much for comedic timing. Oh well... +1

  4. To answer the earlier question, it was K8d.To answer why I hadn't been more forhcoming in pushing my chips in, I had been chipleader with 48 left, but had someone with a comparative stack to my immediate left (the one who inevitably took me out). When we reached the final blind level, I was on the BB with a rubbish hand, with him pushing UTG - I just couldn't see the value added in calling (to most likely luck out if I won - ALTHOUGH, I do realize the gigantic luck component in this type of tourney). Same deal with the SB, MP2 or 3 pushed and with the LAG (well, LAG for a speed tourney), I f
  5. So, I just busted out of a 1600 person speed tourney in 25th, and don't know whether or not I made the right decision by pushing all my chips into the middle.I'm not going to use a hand converter, I hope nobody minds.Blinds 60,000/120,000 + 2000 ante. I'm in the BB with 190,000 in chips, and JdTh. UTG (550000 in chips) pushes all-in, folds around to me. (190+120+60+16=386k effectively in the pot)The question is this: with only 70,000 behind, the odds I was getting, and the fact that I was in for nearly my whole stack the next hand anyway, should I have folded?I think it's a no-brainer call,
  6. I would request that you include me in this participatory request of yours.I am elated. Yes.
  7. Bump. I really need to know this. I'm making JohnnyBax a ceramic coffee mug, with his picture on it, and was hoping I could re-fab the coffee mug to give to his grandparents, who must admire him as much as I.I found something for Zee, too. Let me know what you guys think:

  12. Woah, woah, woah. Careful, there. While I'll believe that the Wynn has a lot of good looking waitresses, I must say that the times I've played there, it's been a donkey-fest of an entirely different form. I had some better looking waitresses at the Nugget. What would I know, though? I'm also the guy who fidgets with the hydraulic lift of the poker room chairs constantly, so I can't possibly be reputable.OP - if your friends don't mind investing a couple of hours, the Rio puts on some cheap multi-tables (40 or less) at lunch-time most days. However, I suggest checking one of the free CardP

The greatest signal-caller that the game of football will ever see.Mark those words.focus: I can't believe that I'm actually considering giving him the start. It's either him or a banged up vick against a banged up patriots secondary. But nobody cares about me.Go Cards.

TraptSteve has maintained throughout this entire debate that he will be playing in a responsible manner, so he'll quite obviously know when he's on a bad run of cards. He'll surely know when to leave when he realizes that the deck isn't hitting him in the face. (sw)The funniest thing about all of this is that, while he thinks he is an untouchable poker player (read: the numerous shit doesn't stink comments), he's BANKING ON GETTING A CARD RUSH TO AFFORD HIMSELF A CHANCE TO BUILD HIS BANKROLL.I don't consider myself the best poker player. I'd hardly consider
  15. Well, it depends on where in Canada you plan on being in. It is, after all, a HUGE country. The legal ages differ from province to province. Here's a list from west to east.British Columbia (Vancouver, Victoria) : 19Alberta (Edmonton, Calgary): 18Saskatchewan (Regina, Saskatoon): 19Manitoba (Winnipeg): 18Ontario (Toronto, Niagara, Windsor and a bunch of other cities that suckle Toronto's superfluous tit, and Ottawa, of course): 19Quebec (Quebec City, Hull (which borders Ottawa), Montreal): 18The other provinces shouldn't matter, but if they do, I'll look up the legal ages for those.Hope this
  16. This offer comes highly recommended from me.Ten minutes of blackjack after blackjack netted me a profit of 201.50. This data clearly proves that I'm the greatest blackjack player in the history of this thread.I'm the best. Oh, and hello everyone, I am new. Big fan.---
