He told me he had approx 16k he states he lost some big pots to one of the Full Tilt pros... but didnt say which one......... I know nobody is believing me and that I am sure this is going to start a huge flame war agasint me but oh well...Kurt will confirm it when he returns I am sure but until then flame away....no no, no one is flaming you, we just think its kind of wierd that you posted about it as a relatively new poster. thanks for the info, if its true.not a NEW poster as I did join in November just an INFREQUENT poster

Well I just talked to Kurt and its official he is out but...... some consolation he did get RIVERED.... he limped in from middle position with J 10 and flopped broadway... checked called planning on betting big on the turn... turn came another ace and someone bet into him big he raised all in and got called.... the caller had A 9 for trip aces.... and he RIVERED another king ............ But all in all Kurt says he had fun and doest regret anything... he did make it to round 4 of 5 for the day so he did really well considering anyway sorry you didnt make it Kurt but valiant effort

I actually met with Kurt had dinner with him and played a little low limit poker and even a small freezeout that he did quite well in... didnt cash but considering the TERRIBLE structure of the tourney thats not hard to understand...... anyway Kurt is a really nice guy and has a really good grasp on poker knowledge and he is a VERY VERY disciplined player... I saw him make some HUGE laydowns against some terrible players.... But aside from Kurt and his play he mentioned that the tourney folks stated to him that if entries met a certain number (I forget what the number was) they would pay 100 p

The ONLY thing I dislike about Party is that without the TRUE microlimit games its hard to properly manage your bankroll......... I know alot of people on this site arent big fans of Microlimits but where I live in Vegas and PREFER live poker I like to keep most of my bankroll available for that

Yes the Bellagio is a nice room but they are currently remodeling so I try and avoid it and it usually has an INSANE waiting list for the limits he is looking for

The Flamingo has a decent room spreading the limits youre looking for.... almost ANY casino in town with a poker room will spread the limits youre looking for.... I myself being a local prefer the Palms room... but I mainly play 2-5 NL frequently sit with Joe Awada in that game... Ballys is just down the block from the Flamingo.... The Alladin offers good games nice room and even some cheap tourneys.... The Orleans offers tourneys but the live games SUCK... The Mirage has a good room and offers tourneys....Mandalay Bay and Excaliber are LOOSE games very profitable at the limits youre looking f
