  2. This thread has helped me so much. A year ago i was a break-even/ slight losing mtt player. I understood some concepts of 3betting and other strategies. I read tthis thread and asked the OP if he would be able to look at hands and my play improved by a ton. He pointed out little, big, and major leaks in my game. He made me realize that my game needed alot of work and throughout the time, I have taken 2nd in 2 big field mtts. I hope that I can keep reading this thread, and this will definately be a great investment if you are looking for MTT coaching.
  3. not after the last time when that ****ing idiot won

  5. As much as my laptop can handle whilst my desktop lies in pieces around me.
  6. I don't hate the 3-bet size because it probably accomplishes the goal of weeding out the stone could first in bluffs but because 3 peels the turn, a none scary card because I don't put him on A3 suited or 33 I think a probe bet looks like some sort of K and probably wins the pot if he was drawing to a flush and could insure a check behind if the flush misses. Also, the river bet was kind of small because it just looks like a weak play so that leads me to think villian was just punishing what he saw a weak attempt at winning the hand. IDK weird hand would love to know what villian truly had.
  7. 100000000000000000000000000% agree. flat. dont cash the fish away idk if im calling turn, but your line up to the river does look like a draw for the most part so you really could rep a busted flush here tbh. i dont mind it. i would however take a second and not shove instantly. give a good 3 second pause, which i honestly think is half way important. make it seem like your thinking about if you can make him fold.plus i doubt he pots river weak imo.
  8. omg didnt you even read past preflop on hand 2?? i would be playing the hand so differently. checking the flop is the only thing we have that is the same tbh. c/r isnt terrible on the flop tbh. def pot control the turn. river as played isnt bad, but i think its thin this early to be getting it in with top nothing kicker. i would prefer to have some metagame set up b4 im trying to rep a busted st8 draw and try to induce a hero call.
  9. im fine with hand 1. you could mayyyybe check the turn on hand one, but void of reads i would be bet folding. and maybe betting slightly bigger to not give away we are bet folding. depends on how the game has gone so far a little. but in a vacuum fine.hand 2, just dont call OOP preflop unless you have some metagame play in mind. i just hate calling OOP pre for the most part like 90% of all spots. sometimes good but most the time no bueno
  10. nothing on 2p2 about this.obviously an absolutely hilarious troll.
  11. Yea I was thinking 33-55 was about it and they're gonna be discounted to nothing relative compared to hands he stacks off with.He could bluff here..it's an okay spot to do so. I would say it was in the arsenal of a minority of regulars though.I don't think calling is out of the question against a looser player..but it's very awkward on the river given stacks and I'd probably never actually do it.Tbh in 12 180s you rarely get in spots where you get to the turn without being all in or virtually all in. Early on you're playing a tight range which is rarely bluffing anyway, later the stacks are ju
  12. 50% chance i play that. Will decide just beforehand.
  13. Instead of me saying what I think, what do you think he raises pre, bets twice and folds on this board which beats you?I can tell you that this player is a reasonable regular. Nothing else sticks in my mind so he probably isn't too loose.Regarding preflop: you could definitely consider a 3 bet vs some and definitely a fold vs others...without much information I'd probably play preflop and flop the same.
  14. I'd take the 41/0 over 27 hands as evidence enough that we crush his range equitywise. This is in no way a close decision as to the correct action.
