Funny Rule 6-2b/2 in the rules of Golf state that if a player knowingly plays at a different handicap than his actual one, he is to be disqualified from the competitionSo people would tend to argue that Ivey broke that rule.Any golfer will tell you, if you lie about your handicap it's not outplaying your opponent. Ivey wasn't bluffing he knowingly misrepresented his handicap. That's Cheating, yet in your next post on that thread you said you liked Phil even more because he was getting an edge. Many people (including Justin himself) have stated that Justin was playing multiple accounts to reduce variance; he never dumped chips to his own account.
