I thought Inception was awesome, the Nolan snub was insane, and I'd probably put Social Network 2nd, but I can only go on what I've seen. I liked True Grit but it wasn't anything special. The preview for 'Kids' looked so stupid, I am shocked it was that good.

Ever shopped at Target? The food quality is actually pretty good. I'd say it's better than Jewel (Albertsons) overall. Just fewer choices. They recently started expanding the food sections in the normal stores, but Super Target would have been better for a challenge, cause they've got a pretty decent selection. It's still no Whole Foods obviously.

I think hot oil is pretty standard.We've got 2 main fondue places here, one of which is Melting Pot, which I prefer cause you have so many options, different broth's, etcThe other one, Geja's, which in general comes off much more traditional, only uses oil for the meat course.

On the last one I saw, I was pissed they kept mentioning on the guy who was working really messy because he was a culinary teacher. Well, ya know what? If you're cooking at home, or in a class, you probably have more than 20 minutes to cook!! If one thing is going to be sacrificed, it should sure as hell be where you put your dirty dishes!
