  1. Sounds like all of the FCPers that are playing in the event made it to day 2. Good luck guys.
  2. Sorry been up since early this morning so a nap was much needed. Only really getting updates from him on the breaks, which are every two levels (every 2.5 hours).Thread's original post has been updated with his last two texts. Is anyone getting word from Bizzle on how he is doing?
  3. DNA beat you to that recommendation, but I shall start doing that. My post count will suffer as a result, this was helping to make up for my lurking for a long time before actually posting. I guess I should start +1-ing and /bump-ing more often... j/k
  4. They just announced the payouts."1017 players total paying top 100. First is like 660k."
  5. All updates will be in bold, the rest of the general stuff will be in regular print.First update of the day: 64k at 1st break.Stacks started at 50k, they should now be playing 75/150.GL Tre!Also, the tournament well exceeded its 2 million guarantee with over 1000 players registered in the event (3k+200 entry). They just announced the payouts."1017 players total paying top 100. First is like 660k.""67.2k on 2nd break. we are playing 4 more levels today." 4:20 EST"78k at dinner break" - 7:12 EST"93600 to end night. was up to 110k but got rough at the end."Day 2 Updates"Got up to 120k in the first
  6. Tre, what day are you playing the ME of the Winter Open? I assume 1B again?
  7. It isn't working 55 hours a week that is difficult, it is working 55 hours a week at the same McDonald's. Most companies, particularly fast food places, avoid giving overtime like the plague.
  8. I was born originally in Mesa, and from what I remember it was a really nice place. Would definetely go for a pool if you can get one in your price range, I distinctly remember those being clutch in the Arizona summer heat.
  9. But where are the sunglasses?!?!?!?
  10. LolololI was going to put this up if you did not. I also made the mistake of allowing him to friend me on Facebook.Love how he is wearing a Full Tilt hat and what appears to be a shirt that says "Big Slick"
  11. When he said that the manager would hook him up, I hope he realized that it was for 55 hours a week for the entire year. Also, McD's corporate may step in and screw the bet up IMO if they see that they are shelling out overtime hours consistently and its all to one person.
  12. Hardees Monster Burger = Glorious Bacon Wrapped Heart Attack Waiting to HappenEspecially if you get the bacon cheese fries with it. Your arteries will hate you but its amazing. You have been warned.
  13. glglgl (one for each of the tables, though now you are only in 2)
  14. I would say the most ridiculous sweet tea I ever had was when my friend and I were driving down to Raleigh, NC and we stopped at a Hardees in southern VA. They must have literally put a 5 pound bag of sugar in that batch of tea. I drink a lot of soda and other sugary drinks, but this stuff jacked up my blood sugar so high I almost felt like I was on drugs. It was insane. Needless to say, we stopped at that same Hardees again on the drive but it did not nearly match the greatness of the first one.For the record, I am a big fan of those freshly squeezed lemonade stands where they make it rig
  15. Agreed but a good batch of their sweet tea is more addicting than cocaine.
  16. Here is the text from the Cardplayer article that can be found here Cardplayer ArticleRuling Only Effects Two Pennsylvania CountiesA Pennsylvania judge has dismissed a case against a resident who ran a small-stakes poker game out of his garage on the basis that poker is a game of skill and can’t be governed under the Commonwealth’s gambling laws.Columbia County Judge Thomas James couldn’t be clearer in the last paragraph summing up his ruling: “The Court finds that Texas hold’em poker is a game where skill predominates over chance. Thus, is it not ‘unlawful gambling’ under the Pennsylvania Cod
  17. I LOL'd while reading this, well played sir. Obviously I was not being serious about Fitz, but the year he is having is absolutely insane. This is not Kurt's first rodeo obviously, and he is playing absolutely great right now. You cannot say that he is the Greatest Show on Turf since the Cardinals play on a natural grass field, but he is playing at an equal if not greater level to those days. That being said, I would not pick him as the first player for my franchise.
  18. FYP. Kurt Warner just happens to be fortunate enough to be the QB throwing the ball to him.But seriously, I would not be starting a franchise with a QB that has 2, MAYBE 3 seasons worth of starting left in him.
  19. I did not want to be Darren Stone after he threw your player to the ground and moved us from the 40 to the 15. That was completely stupid, huge in terms of field position, and really got the crowd back in the game.
  20. GG another hard fought match up. The Super Bowl against the Cards should be an interesting one. Perhaps Troy P. and company can finally stop the terror that is Larry Fitz. Now to wait for the Pro Bowl to see Troy P. and Ed Reed to form the best safety duo in NFL history.
