RDog 0
I copied this from P5's. Those of you who actually know your stuff, feel free to add to his suggestions. If anyone knows anything about the password program he is recommending, please let us know what you know about it. http://www.pocketfives.com/CCC4264D-5A18-4...B4F646817B.aspx1. Get Computer Associates Internet Security suite. Set it as strict as possible. This will protect you from almost all sites that are dangerous, all your vulnerable ports, etc.2. Get a password manager so you never have to type in passwords, credit card etc I use Password corral 4. its free, secure and you can get it here http://www.cygnusproductions.com/Note: Once you put your passwords in, encrypt them using the setting in the software3. NEVER open an attachment from email or IM If you get an attachment that you don't recognize, delete it immediately. If you get one you think is ok, DON't open it. Save it to your desktop and then right click it and scan it with your A/V software first.4. Change your passwords every 30 days. Use random complicated passwords that can't be figured out with a brute force or library hack program. Password corral can generate random, secure passwords for you. Since you will be saving them in password corral, this works great because you don't have to memorize them so it doesn't matter how complicated they are.

Nimue1995 1
Passwords must be impossible to remember and never written down. And once you have it mailed to you because you don't remember it then you must change it to an equally difficult to remember password so you can perform the process all over again the next time. Mercury69 3
Well, here's another that may have been mentioned and seems obvious...NEVER download any Codec or stream-enabling file(s) from a site you cannot identify and trust 100%.
