TheSandMan 0
The past few days it has been just awful. I want to know if its just me, or if its everyone else.
NormanHaupt 0
.net is the free one.. they take better care of their paying customers I assume.
TheSandMan 0
pokerstars.net is thier server and internet address. They have both cash and play chips on there. I only play sit and go's for cash on-line. Its too easy to get carried away otherwise.
clingfree 0
The lag started with an update to their software they did on Thur. I have sent a couple of emails that have gone unanswered. Lately they suck more and more. Off to PP for me for a while.
the_stein 0
I dunno if there is a difference in pokerstars.net but I got reg pokerstars and its been lagging a bit lately
NormanHaupt 0
again, pokerstars.net and pokerstars.com are different. .com has money and free games- while .net, the one they advertise on TV, is 100% free. This is how they get around the advertising rules.I know because my mother downloaded the .net client and it was different. Downloadable autosave histories, no cashier button, ect. When I sent her some money to play, I couldn't figure out what was wrong. Emailed support, and they said you had to get a different client, off of .com, to play money.Additionally, the money webserver IP is http://66.212.225.28/ which, if you click it, takes you to pokerstars.comSo, again, .net and .com are completely different systems. TheSandMan 0
The only reason I stay on pokerstars.net is because I like the layout. The speed is suspect and the cards don't seem to follow normal poker odds. You make your straight or flush WAYYYY too offen for my tastes.
theresa113 0
Poker Mountain zips along on my PC but Pokerstars lags. Don't get me wrong, I love Pokerstars. But I do notice a huge difference between the 2 sites.
NormanHaupt 0
oh! Theresa, by the way, I traded for 11 bucks over on PM. If it'll let me register a fricking account, I hope to come over and do an sng or two with you. Hopefully I can money so I'll have the chance to take on DN."How was your day, son?""Well, I played poker against Daniel Negraneau.""How much money did you lose now?!"muhuhahahaha
theresa113 0
He plays a lot of Quick Starts (Sit and Gos). You also get double your buy in if you knock him out. It is really cool to play with him, he is very talkative at the table. :)I am getting offline after this SNG but hopefully sometime this week we can play.

rivercardbandit 0
When I logged on tonight, it updated and the lagginess I'd experienced the last few days seemed to be gone. Looks like this update fixed the problem I was having.
